Enhancing institutional capacity of the Law Development and Protection Foundation

The overall objective of the Project is the institutional capacity building of the Foundation aimed at enhancing its efficiency and sustainability in the long-term perspective with possible growth into legal think-tank. The project started in June of 2021 with the support of European Endowment for Democracy.

Capacity building and financial sustainability of the organization enabling its meaningful participation in justice, electoral, constitutional and other ongoing reforms are in the limelight of the project. Furthermore, a research is conducted in the field of the timely and effective execution of domestic judicial acts via monitoring the activities of Compulsory Enforcement Service, revealing issues related to legislation and legal enforcement practice.
